So that was _very_ disappointing. The product definitely dries well, as evidenced by the large amount of water quickly collected from my damp basement. However, I am very disappointed and finally gave up and sent it back because: 1. The pump adapter was missing from the box2. The expiry function does not work well; Water comes out when I don't connect the supplied hose, but as soon as I connect it, no water comes out. I think there is something wrong with that stupid little hose and I've tried straightening it out but nothing has worked. I think I could replace it with a garden hose, but due to issues 1 and 3 I decided to give up and didn't. There was no support (except that the Revain were really great, but they couldn't really connect to the manufacturer either). Obviously this was the biggest problem; What if I had another problem during the warranty period? So. come back and go back to the store for something better!
