Works well. The wire is very stiff which causes the pins to pull out of the harness due to the cheap rubber plugs that hold them. The downside is that I couldn't hook it up for life! Forced me to remove the actual resistor to find out what was going on. Do you see that red piece? It will sit in the resistor and prevent the new wiring harness from installing correctly. I think that's the difference between stock and aftermarket. So you need to take the red plastic piece off the resistor to get it in place. If you can remove it without removing the resistor, great. it just pulls out as one piece
