I want to put 3.5. I was very torn between 3 and 4 stars. PROSPint is of good quality and spreads well. A small amount is enough for a fairly long trip. Colors that actually glow do it very well. The paint washes off skin and hard surfaces very easily. CONS The bottles are very small. I've attached a picture with a pair of scissors for reference. BLUE, PURPLE AND WHITE DO NOT LIGHT AT ALL. I was so disappointed. I drew some crafts for my son's birthday and decided to check them out in the dark. I'm so glad I did! I ended up having to repaint everyone I had used those three colors on.
