Most helpful part is that you can see everything at once - what services your HSA pays or other plans as well if applicable-which ones are paid with FSA (flexible spending account) too! So many things to keep track off & easy access of info has made my daily tasks super efficient since I started using this tool nearly 5yrs back now!! Very happy with service so far but not sure about any specific problems currently though have never faced an issue while working w/their support team either!! If u wish to spend less time managing benefits such payments etc rather than getting lost in paperwork go ahead use gravier tools.
It's great saving cost by minimizing paper worksheet management which saves us huge money along these lines! It has made managing my employee's healthcare much easier! I can send out invoices to them very easily compared with having an HR person do this every month or so. The system is super slow at times but other than that we haven't found anything wrong yet (though there are many things you could find!). We have been able track medical costs since day one using google calendar reminders of upcoming visits/exams etc which makes life easy when scheduling those appointments as well!!
