Review on ๐Ÿ“ฑ XOSS G GPS Bike Computer: Wireless Bluetooth Speedometer and Odometer by Seth Torres

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The best true wireless bike computer for the price. It's simple and it works

This computer can do everything I could ever want and it's completely wireless. I know it gives a pretty accurate speed because it was the same as one of those digital speed limit radars. In addition, the app that comes with XOSS shows the route on a Google map layer, has average speed, gradient and many other features. The only functions I really need in a basic bike computer are speed, time and mileage, and it has it all. It can also be mounted on Garmin bike mounts where I use a front stem mount. I even rode it in the rain and it held up. The only downside is that the computer needs to be on and connected if you want to view your activity log in the app to get US metrics. If it is turned off, it is only displayed in kilometers. Also, I've noticed that there's a slight lag if you move while the GPS is starting up, or if you change modes while driving. For example, switch from a time/miles screen to a gradient.

Pros
  • It's fun
Cons
  • There are downsides
