Review on PUPTECK Reflective Adjustable Harness Collar by Lorenzo Moulton

I love this harness! I have been leash training my 9 year old cat for the past year and a half. While she generally seems to enjoy being outside, she HATES her first harness in the form of a vest, which seemed to limit her movement (or at least she thought it did!). It was always a headache for two people to buckle them up, even with velcro straps for easy dressing because she hated them so much. I replaced it with this one two weeks ago and the difference is between day and night. I can easily put this harness on my cat and she won't try to bite me. She walks around our apartment complex (it's too cold to go outside now), purring and holding her tail up; In her old harness, her tail was near the ground almost all the time. I'm training her to wear her harness for a long time because we're planning an overland move soon, but so far she doesn't seem to mind wearing it for even a few hours. She will love playing and sleeping in it. Reasons I don't give this product 5 stars: - No cat harness provides escape protection. But while my cat hasn't run away yet - even if she has, which she has done several times - I'm not sure the design is the safest, especially when compared to vest-style harnesses. At this point I changed my personal strategy from a harness that is really difficult to get out of to one that is so comfortable my cat has no motivation to run away. But I wouldn't recommend this harness for cat guardians with escape masters or even cats that are smarter than average. (I love my cat, but she's not the smartest.) At least not without a lot of practice, going indoors first. The reflective strip looks very cheap and cracks a bit. But that's probably to be expected from a $10 item. Overall I am very satisfied so far. I think this product will greatly improve my cat's quality of life, especially once winter is over!
