In general, very comfortable, durable, reliable, beautiful, easy to adjust. The only downside is that the vibration feels a lot softer than my factory strap. Putting the watch on the strap for the first time was a little tricky as the rubber gasket had not yet taken the shape of the watch. After the first load it became much easier. To wear the strap for the first time, place the rubber pad around the watch. Then apply a very thin layer of soapy water to the outside of the rubber pad and then insert it into the band from the back (per the instructions). After wearing it for a week or two, the band will take on the shape of the watch and removing/inserting the band will be easier.
