I don't think a guinea pig would care what pellets they eat, but mine does. I bought a cheap brand from a department store and they didn't actually eat it. I buy this brand because they make zoo animal feed and I think they are good at animal nutrition and not trying to make cheap feed. Don't forget to feed your pigs vitamin C. As good as this food is and fortified with vitamin C, vitamin C spoils quickly in processed foods. All guinea pigs need an additional source of vitamin C. DVM.
