Mixed feelings

My package was delivered on time, the box is in perfect condition. The pens come in a clear foldable plastic case that can be stored folded or fanned out allowing all 4 compartments to be opened. visible. This plastic is able to withstand prolonged use. As always when I order something to draw, color or shape, I check each pen. My first impression was that while the color of the pen is slightly different from the other colors, there really is no difference. general. So while you might get 4 or 5 light pink flowers, it's actually 4 or 5 pink flowers that you can't tell the difference between. how genius. In other words, you don't get 120 unique colors, you get maybe 75 or so. As for the ink/gel, they vary in thickness, from watery to almost dry. The ink does not match in thickness or texture. With some pens, it actually feels like you're trying to spread a slightly damp powder. The caps on almost all the pens are very tight so it takes strength to open them to use which I don't have as a senior. Most of the time trying to remove the cap will tear off the part of the cap at the very top, leaving the actual cap in place and you are holding the part of the cap that is used for hanging. attach to shirt pocket or case. I'm pretty sure this defect(?) causes the ink to dry quickly. The pen points range in size from thin to thick. It seems that the ink, which crumbles like a powder as mentioned, has a thin tip that then leaves a dent or scratch on the paper. This results in a spiky rather than smooth appearance. The thicker dots appear to be on metallic or shiny handles and have a nice smooth look and feel. I use these gel pens for coloring in adult coloring books so the thickness of the paper varies but I don't know that the pens have not leaked although the paper will dent/scratch when using a thinner tip. I use two sheets of thick paper per side. The photo shows a dark green handle where the tip of the cap detaches, a pink handle where the cap detaches properly, and a light green handle where you can see 3 sections if it falls apart incorrectly.
