Review on ☕ Gaggia Anima Prestige Automatic Coffee Machine: Super Automatic Frothing for Barista-Quality Latte, Macchiato, Cappuccino, and Espresso Drinks with Programmable Options by Tyler Spencer

I have had Gaggia Anima Prestige for over 2 months and we use it every day, usually we make about 4 or 5 drinks every day. Basically I am very satisfied with this machine. Espresso, cappuccino and latte are extremely consistent, day after day, week after week. This thing really multiplies the quality of life and probably saved our marriage. I bought it mainly based on what I read here on Revain and watched various videos online. I only had one error light which I attribute to the brewing unit not being fully seated after cleaning and this was resolved by simply unplugging the unit, waiting 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. What I particularly like about it: You program in your drink how much milk should be frothed and how long the espresso puff lasts. After that, all you have to do is take the milk carafe out of the fridge, put the device in, place the cup under the spout and press the button. We use half and half bio in this device and it works well. The foam is perfect and homogeneous. I usually wash my milk carafe, collection tube, and other small items weekly. It is very easy to take apart and the parts only connect in one direction. The quality of the plastic used for the parts is very good and the brewing unit is easy to remove, wash and replace. I bought a large tube of food grade clear lube and a small flux brush that I use to re-lube the brew block after spraying it with hot water. This level of maintenance occurs approximately every two months. No negative impressions so far.
