Agree with other reviewers. This is probably the best mod I've ever made for my jeep. In theory, this does not increase performance, but the improved response, especially from a standstill, is very noticeable. I was skeptical and ready to return it, but was pleasantly surprised at how much the ride quality has improved. It doesn't feel as sluggish as without this device. I'm glad I bought it and wish I had done it sooner.
