Works great as advertised. I am not sure why this product has 4.1 stars as it is an ancient Italian cooking tool that has been around for 100 years and is a must have if you love making really nice dumplings! It's a small piece of wood with grooves and it works every time. Do not put this in the washing machine, wash in soapy water and I use a small natural bristle kitchen brush which does a great job of cleaning this tool. Not sure what you were looking for if you rated less than 5 stars? Wanted a $5.95 automatic dumpling machine? This is an absolutely essential kitchen for any chef or wannabe 👩‍🍳 chef! I love my!
