I like that they have all the information you need to know about your account in one place. It's easy to navigate and it's very quick to find any needed information. The customer service has been great, but I wish there was more of it. I feel as if they could offer more help during peak hours and slow times. If you are looking for a single source of information on your account, this is the best tool out there. You will be able to quickly get all of your information from one place. We have used several different programs in the past, but nothing compares to how comprehensive this program is. We can easily keep track of our time with each client and make sure we're getting paid correctly.
