I wanted the shelves to match the industrial farmhouse theme. A little strong but nice to look at. I am very glad that I bought these shelves. The instructions are quite simple, you get everything you need for assembly, I recommend a drill to screw everything into the wall. Solid wood shelves, solid tubular steel. You get all five shelves in one package. I installed it myself without outside help. I suggest you find the center point on the wall, then install the center tube first, then connect everything and just finish the installation. I also recommend a spike finder, once you get the spike in place well everything else becomes easier. When installing to drywall, use the included anchors.
