Just so you know what's good for audio and video accessories
When I started to open the back to put the batteries in, the little one broke Plastic opener broken. I didn't use a lot of pressure so it shouldn't break. I thought about returning it but used super glue instead. Everything seems fine now and it's not something you need to use very often. The remote works very well and if the back of the opener hadn't been broken I would have given the product 5 stars.
