I always shrugged off the whole adage of reading reviews before buying. I usually just take risks with the things I buy. BUT this is something I should have read reviews about before buying. This cake is WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS, engraved and scratched. I paid for a NEW heat press which means I want something new that no one has used before. looks used. She had long strands of hair. With every scratch and the letter L engraved, I'd say I should have paid for a used one, not a new one, because obviously it's not new. I am very dissatisfied. I'll keep it 'cause it's a pain to deal with people trying send something back. I do not recommend buying this product.
