At first I was surprised by the fragility of the cutting handle. It bends so easily that there is a gap between the cutting blade and the board, leaving the sheets uncut or poorly cut. Alternatively, internal pressure can be applied to hold the handle so that it fits snugly against the panel as you cut. This leads to wear of the metal edge, which leads to an increase in the gap. I've only had this board a few months and use it to cut 5 sets of 10 sheets of 8.5 x 11 a week. And now it's almost unusable. For a hundred dollars on a "heavy" cutter, I expected to get what I paid for.
