I love this stove. I've looked at dozens and dozens of these heaters inside and outside of Revain and this heater had the most realistic log burning shape and atmosphere I've ever seen. I turned on the main heat in my house, opened the oven door to 475 degrees and then turned on that heater and the room heats up quickly. As soon as it's hot I turn off the stove and main heating and this amazing heater keeps the large vaulted living room quite warm. It fits perfectly in our wood-burning fireplace and the power cord is almost invisible on the outlet. Be sure to purchase the recommended extension cord as the heating cord, like all electronics, has a short power cord. Really good value at only $129.99 compared to many more expensive stoves. I'm so glad I no longer have to store firewood, pay for chimney cleaning, and constantly shovel out dirty and dusty burned wood. This pays for itself quickly as you no longer have to buy wood for the fireplace and keep the main heating in the house running when you are in the same room for a long time. I highly recommend this stove to get rid of the cold in the room. Combine this with the $19.39 Battery Operated Birch Wax Candles and you have the coziest space imaginable. Simply measure the inside of your fireplace to ensure that no heater you purchase is proportionally large or oversized for the dimensions of the fireplace. Finally, it has a remote control that works from the front of the heater with a timer and more. Many of the other heaters I looked at had the remote port on the SIDE of the heater instead of the usual front. At least that's what it looked like in the pictures of various products. I am very happy that I chose this heater.
