Happy with the toaster. It looks good, is simple and works well. I wish it popped up a little higher because I seem to burn my right thumb every time I use it, which hasn't happened with my other toaster in the same spot on the counter, but it could still take my toaster with me His phantom muscle memory is trying to get the toast out of the old one. However, when toasting bagels, I REALLY have to lift and hold the lever while removing the bagel, so I don't think so. But - I'm not complaining. For the price this seems like a great little toaster for the week or so that I've been using it.
