Do you need it? No. But will you love it once you have it for a while? Yes! I use it when my bathroom is too hot and I'm doing my makeup. I use it to dry my setting spray. I use it when it's hot at a sporting event. My friend acted like I was silly, until she used it. Now she has one too!
