I bought this for my 2009 Ford Focus 2.0L SES. As ELT said, this product was totally inconsistent with their instructions. After drilling a 5/8" hole for the EVAP hose, I found it was too big for the included grommet, so it now sits loosely in it. I followed the directions to the letter and once installed found that my car now seems to be getting a lot of air and doesn't make up for it. Even after deleting the memory several times. When I pull away from an emergency stop or almost stop and accelerate again, my car appears to stall and takes between 2 and 5 seconds to accelerate. It's bad when I'm cornering while there's traffic coming the other way. I have a feeling it won't have time to accelerate. I did a couple of test rides with it, each 200 miles long, to see if the computer could finally make up for the extra air, but it didn't. I had to reinstall the factory system and it works the same as before. Now I have a newspaper that weighs $300. What a waste, I will never buy a K&N product again.
