Review on Waterproof Thickened Motorcycle Riding Pants for Men - All-Weather Windproof & CE Armored, 2XL, Grey/Black by Paul Lee

Good pants. Not the best for skinny men

Just received my pants from delivery. I tried them on and walked them for 30 minutes. Pros: Overall quality seems good. The fabric protection against abrasion seems to be sufficient. The included liner is CE Level 2. Removable insulated liner is comfortable. Cons: Knee pads are too low. They hang over the kneecaps. a bit frustrating so I just pulled them out, to be honest. It's not about the padding, it's about the placement of the pockets. Unfortunately too low. Never mind replacing them with other pads, they slip into your pocket and easily expose your kneecaps. I'm 5'8", 150 lbs. I ordered the smallest size and expected them to fit because the ad shows a skinny Asian man with my height and the small size clothes are usually quite tight, but it's on I feel a little baggy even when I zip up all the way.them and tighten the lap belts as snugly as possible, they are still a little loose on my hips.Overall the fit isn't bad, just baggy/loose than I would like. This, together with the knee pad pockets too big/low for the padding to stay in place keeps these pants from getting 5 stars, all in all even without knee pads they are still a lot better than riding with regular ones , not protective pants or jeans. The fabric quality is definitely there but not the best option in my personal experience as I'm not a tall or burly man.If you're a little taller and broad ter than me, these pants are a good choice. I definitely want to take out the inner liner.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Minor issues
