Great for a shared media drive
I configured this as a shared drive/media drive on my TP-Link router. For this purpose it works great! I store my photos and movies on the hard drive and the Roku Media Player app plays them with no problem. So far, the drive has been stable at around 25 gigabytes of data transfer.
