It doesn't work well with Apple products
The Ubiquiti hotspot is known to have many unresolved connection issues related to Apple products, especially Ipad and Iphone. The fact is that the authentic guest hotspot page doesn't work with Ipad and Iphone. Technical support is only via text messages and is not very helpful. Don't take my word for it, just google this problem online and you will see tons of installer complaints. I give it 3 stars because everything else works. -- I am an IT engineer with 25 years of experience.
