The equipment can be installed both at home or office, and on the street. The main feature is the ability to simultaneously connect a large number of devices. This model supports the 802.11b/g/n standard and can transfer data at up to 300 Mbps. Ease of use By purchasing just one device, you can organize the work of an entire company or provide stable wireless Internet to all cafe visitors. More importantly, anyone can connect, and you do not need to know the password for this. Service lifeThe equipment is not subject to breakdowns: it is enough to set it up once and not make any more changes. With proper maintenance, the TL-WA860RE can last more than 15 years.

I replaced the software with OpenWRT, at first they worked as a bridge for the IPTV Ethernet channel (one transmitter from the router, the other receiver via WiFi). Now I use it in my second apartment as a compact WiFi router - I plugged it into a socket and forgot it :)

Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

Has some pros: It connected perfectly and easily and there were no shadow zones left for WiFi in the apartment. With its cons: Worked for one day and that's it. All calls to the instructions, turning off, switching, reconfiguring did not give anything. Didn't revive.

The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

Constant freezes, when not tied to a permanent IP from the router, the risk of "loss" of the signal and, as a result, overload increases by 5 times. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • through socket
Cons
  • Literally everything else. Inability to properly configure, lack of language and firmware ates, disgusting release.

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

Its pros: I checked the strength of the speedtest signal before turning it on and after. The magnification is 10 times. Got cons: While quite satisfied, with this device the whole apartment overlaps. The main thing is that it lasts longer.

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

And as a general rule, it is best to leave all of the settings as they were initially configured to be. Especially the DCHP server should be set to "auto" the majority of the time; otherwise, you won't be able to access the settings over WiFi when the mother network is shut off; instead, you will need to use a wire or do a reset. On the stock firmware of the PS c D-Link DIR-320 (A2 and B1), we did not observe any difficulties. while using PPS with a low signal, the speed is reduced by one-half…

Pros
  • It has a large range and is able to pick up a weak signal quite effectively (assuming it is compatible with your router; for more information, check the drawbacks). If there is no way to extend copper, then using this alternative makes perfect sense. Two of his antennas actually have antennae, rather than merely being decorated with a piece of plastic to give the appearance of solidity. Software that is both user-friendly and capable of configuring the phone.
Cons
  • This WiFi router is not compatible with all others: When you remove this extender from the power supply, the Keenetic 4G (1st generation NDMS v22022.C0 (KN-1210)) will continually enter a dead freeze state. That is to say, there is the potential for issues during power outages. Because the extender itself is assigned an IP address, in contrast to access points, and all devices passing through it change their MAC address (in this scenario, the first part of the address is written to the router from the extender, and the second part is written from the device itself), there is some routing curvature that occurs. Connecting the extension to the guest network is the recommended solution. It did not begin with the Chinese GW GT835, though; the router does not perceive it in any way, and when it is connected to the network, it kicks the device from the network after a few seconds. I was unable to come up with a solution. In general, you should look at the particular model of the router that you have and give it a try. It is worth it.

A practical device that performs its functions with a bang. With the help of it, I cured the distant rooms in the apartment from dead zones. Before that, I used an extended antenna and a second router, but the signal still dropped and it was not comfortable to watch videos online. Immediately, obviously thanks to two antennas, the signal is confident, there are no drawdowns. The fact that there is a built-in socket is only a plus, because the repeater is located in a place where access to power

Pros
  • It performs its functions as stated. The signal expands well, adjusts itself at the touch of a button. Built-in socket. Relatively not expensive.
Cons
  • as long as everything works fine

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

The main thing is to learn how to use it correctly.) It does not amplify the signal, but relays it - it increases the coverage area of the Wi-Fi network, and does not make the signal “more powerful”. The main thing is to install in the right place so that you get a stable signal from the router. Like any TP-link product, this repeater is very easy to set up. The built-in socket (probably the main advantage of this particular model) greatly facilitates installation in places where a large…

Pros
  • - Quick setup - There is an outlet -Cheap
Cons
  • - You need to think very carefully about the installation site

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I didn’t think that it’s so easy and most importantly inexpensive to increase the WI-FI coverage area in an apartment. Now there is a confident reception in all rooms and even on the loggia. The setup turned out to be easy. I connected five devices at once, the Internet speed was normal for all, I didn’t notice any failures or freezes. Pleased with a compact and convenient design, can be used as an outlet. My problem is completely resolved.

Pros
  • Corresponds to the declared characteristics, price, the ability to use as a socket
Cons
  • No

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unusable to use, bad product.

Poor communication quality and amazingly limited device capabilities. Why it was impossible to let the user choose a channel is completely incomprehensible. Do not take it under any circumstances. Personally, I will return. Added screenshots. On the first one, where there are a lot of DUPs - through the device, on the second - the original "amplified" Wi-Fi, where, as we see, there are no DUPs.

Pros
  • It's nice that the outlet doesn't disappear. Convenient to set up.
Cons
  • Firstly, this device cannot relay WiFi over another channel! This means that you will conflict with the existing WiFi network, you will be interfered with and you will interfere. Secondly, for some reason, the quality of communication degrades, despite an excellent signal: connections are torn, ping shows more than 40% loss. Partially cured by reboot. Thirdly, at some point it may stop issuing an IP address, and not to everyone, but only to some. It was not possible to see any regularity. Again, we treat it with a reboot.

It is configured very quickly through the application, I immediately found the home network, the smartphone and TV began to work faster in those rooms of the apartment where the router signal did not reach. Definitely recommend to those who have very thick floors in the apartment, such as ours. I did not regret that I bought it, so that there was access to the outlet

Pros
  • Set up very quickly through the app
Cons
  • No

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

I did not attribute this comment to the shortcomings, but you need to understand that the repeater cuts with the Internet in speed twice. Those. if you connect a repeater next to the computer, then the computer starts working not from the main router, but through the repeater and you really lose speed. You need to choose the right place for the repeater, so that in places where you use wi fi you can get the maximum speed of the Internet connection, and not the level of the wi fi signal.

Pros
  • Easy setup, really amplifies the Wi-Fi signal, does not take up space in the outlet

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not everything is so bad, but there are disadvantages.

I bought it because in a 3-room apartment the standard WIFI point does not reach all corners. I set it up without problems, but I managed to achieve normal operation only when the TL-WA860RE has a network name that is different from the main point. Since the TL-WA860RE can be easily hacked remotely, I had to flash the OpenWRT firmware, after which the operation of the device became even more stable. I can recommend to buy only if you have direct hands for subsequent firmware replacement, the…

Pros
  • Easy to use, plug it in and forget it. The presence of a wired port.
Cons
  • The main disadvantage is that it is impossible to turn off or somehow configure WPS, as a result of which the router is hacked in seconds and it becomes possible to get the network password with any protection. There is no new firmware that fixes this shortcoming. Plus, unstable operation when setting the network name of TL-WA860RE is identical to the network of the main access point.

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

Bought for my parents. The neighbor decided to share Wi-Fi, but the point was a dozen and a half meters away and four thick walls, so neither the phone nor the laptop saw a signal at all. The repeater found it immediately, though very weak. But despite this, it normally enhances, for more than a month it has been working without any complaints at all. True, the speed cuts in half. But, I assume that this is a common feature of such devices.

Pros
  • Just set up. Works stably. Picks up a weak signal. Doesn't take up an outlet.
Cons
  • Cuts speed in half.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

I bought it in January 2022 in a regional chain store for 2250. The device pleased and really works. Set up in 5 minutes using the WPS button. The main ZyXEL Keenetic DSL router is installed on the second floor of a private house. On the ground floor, the signal was weak "one antenna". After installing this amplifier, the signal became complete. The smartphone reconnected to Wi-Fi, no other settings were required. But moving around the house, the smartphone itself does not reconnect from the…

Pros
  • Compact, good design solution for installation in a socket
Cons
  • Overcharge

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

With its pros: - does not take up space in the socket - sufficient range (in my case, it was just necessary to spread the signal to two small rooms, which the router did not reach - I did it quite well) Cons below: - with the attached paper instructions and the browser wizard, it was not possible to quickly tune in. Much easier with the mobile app.

Poor quality, not suitable for use.

Very buggy, it's a pity that you can't insert a picture of a wonderful ping from a laptop to a router (Zyxel 4G III) through this device. Dips up to 3000ms! Jumps from 3, immediately up to 700 and 1800, and this is when receiving a signal from the router by 50%! I have no words, only emotions, only what I read that it was possible to install WRT firmware on it saved me from breaking it on the asphalt, but I still have to bother and dance with a tambourine (there is no time to figure it out).…

Pros
  • beautiful appearance
Cons
  • Glitchy work Work out of the box is guaranteed with 50% probability (for roulette lovers).

My router is located at one end of the apartment. The repeater was placed in the line of sight of the router in the center of the apartment. As a result, almost the entire apartment was covered with a repeater network. I didn’t measure the speed, but you can walk around the entire apartment, watching videos on YouTube, without any problems. I am satisfied. Pros: - compact and discreet design; - dim indicators; - the presence of an outlet; - if you set a network name that matches the SSID of the

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

With its pros: Good quality packaging, looks neat. socket, works as it should. With its cons: Instructions for the device are not user friendly. I had to use video instructions from the Internet.
