I've been using eyeliner for years including other Covergirl eyeliners and I have to say this is probably the worst eyeliner I've ever used. It smears under the eyes almost immediately. for example within the first minute after application. and I don't have oily skin and I don't use moisturizer around my eyes. It's just WAY too soft or creamy or whatever to stay in place. i will throw it away
