Review on FreeChatWidget by Gopal Baltimore

This widget is easy to install, has beautiful design of its own plus it works very well with our platform (we actually use this same software/host which supports many other tools). I'm using their HTML version as an email notification option in my product but really like everything else about them too! In order that we don't have problems later down if they decide not implement certain features or just stop working altogether - there was no refund process included so had to take time off from work while waiting until things were resolved by customer support team via direct phone call and live video conference. Support ticket system also didn't help much since all you do after getting initial reply asking "you want us to fix what" then next update will be saying something similar thing over again even when tickets are already closed etc.. The good news however; once issue got fixed and updated code deployed, new emails started I like that it is free, easy to use and customizable. The interface could be improved, but this is nitpicking. I have been using this widget for about a year now, and I have had no problems with it at all. It has helped drive traffic to my site. My bounce rate has gone down, and so has my pageviews. I am able to keep people engaged in my conversations without having to worry about them leaving.
