Upon receipt the quality of the products was impressive. The injection molding quality was very good, good metal weight and finish. When planning the installation, the lack of suitable installation instructions did not come close to reality. It was something I thought I could easily understand. I built the bathroom in the basement myself, how difficult is it? I did all the framing, drywall, tiling, wall paneling, all finished plumbing and trim. The stupid idea that accessories would slow me down wasn't even considered. It was ridiculously difficult, and the lack of guidance and/or directions meant it took too long to complete. I almost gave up and boxed it up to send it back. I have emailed as per the label on the box asking for the correct instructions but have not yet received a response. Save yourself a trip to the asylum, even though you look great, it's a way too much trouble and frustration to save a few bucks!
