The product looks good. When I was looking for a compact micro SD to USB-C reader it was perfect for the job. There are 2 main reasons I gave it 2 stars. 1. The transfer rate is excruciatingly slow. It took about 8 minutes to transfer a 4GB video file. That's just over 8 Mbit/s! Even USB 2.0 is rated at 480 Mbit/s. Even a small 10 second video of it is impossible to watch. After 2 seconds all video will stop.2. The external Micro SD slot is poorly aligned with the internal slot. This works, but inserting the card requires precision. Conclusion: The low transmission speed makes this device completely unusable. i give it back
