The first pair I ordered was my normal shoe size, when the shoes arrived they were half a size smaller than advertised. I sent them back for an exchange and a new pair arrived the next day. I have to say that this process was excellent. Unfortunately, the second pair was no better. The left shoe was at least half a size too big but still too small, however the right shoe was at least half a size too small even though both shoes were marked the same size. I have not followed and will no longer waste my time sending a second pair for exchange. I gave the shoes away and wrote them off as financial loss. Otherwise the shoes are great in terms of comfort and style, just beware of the sizing variance.
