I have a Cuisinart 4 liter pressure cooker and have had it for many years. I pulled it out to make beans 2 days ago and what a fiasco! Steam escaped everywhere, and the liquid evaporated completely from the pot. That's why I bought this set. The quality of the main seal is not as good as the original, but it works. First I just replaced the main gasket, poured some water in the pot and waited. Cap around the red pressure gauge. I then replaced the small gasket under the red pressure gauge and turned the oven back on. I waited and waited and NO steam came out! Needless to say, I'm glad this item comes with multiple silicone gaskets to ensure pressure is maintained in different areas of the lid.
