Washed twice, back separated from mat. BUT. I submitted my product review and the seller contacted me within a day or two. He was very polite but knew about the bad carpet batch. I have to admit I wasn't very happy that he knew, and yet I let the rugs come out. He asked how to fix the problem and offered a full refund or even a replacement. As I had already sewn the pieces together in several places I told him to just correct the quality for future customers and to say a few words about the product review in case anyone came across any of the other poor quality rugs. Unfortunately, in the Amazon warehouses, you cannot tell which carpet is badly stored. Knowing this, he tries to make things right. I said thank you though and just politely declined a refund or new carpet. Today, almost a month later, I received a new carpet. It's as beautiful as my first; lively and soft. I'm not worried about the quality of this new thing because I know the company owner will do everything right. He didn't have to send me another one, but he did. Thank you for my replacement and for caring about customer satisfaction regardless of their replacement request.
