I was looking for a water bottle that doesn't leak, that a child can easily open and close by themselves (since it's mostly used at school) and that I DO NOT have a straw (this one things are painful to clean). This water bottle has everything I was looking for! Plus, it's a nice, solid build with an almost "velvety" texture (hard to explain, but feels solid and way better than cheap water bottles). It's a bit more expensive than other baby water bottles but we both love it and I'm keeping our fingers crossed that she doesn't lose it anytime soon - she's been wearing it for a few months now I hope. :) UPDATE (07/27/2020): This water bottle is still in great shape! My now 5 year old still loves it, hasn't lost it (except for a few hours here and there hahaha) and the water bottle still works and looks as good as when we got it.
