These are cool motor drivers; They are built with pretty decent quality. You can also control anything with the PWM input, e.g. e.g. LEDs. You can also cascade them to power 900+ servos lol! However, some of the pins were bent; probably bent in transit, although not that hard to reshape with needle nose pliers and they still work. I have 2 6v servos controlled via PCA9685 using an Arduino Uno R3 as servo control platform with 2 10k potentiometers. Pretty neat, but they come with no documentation. So if you don't have any information on their usage yet, you may find yourself in a situation where you need to do some research to supplement the lack of documentation. Luckily, the Arduino community makes important hidden knowledge about electronics available to the public, usually for free, and helps demystify these useful electronic modules. I can't imagine why a manufacturer wouldn't want an informed public to know about the usefulness of the product they make that needs to be sold, but it's not that hard to work with them and figure out how to make interesting things with it you are also not too complicated with all the open source projects that require its use.
