More leggings than cotton, not what I thought but great nonetheless
I was hoping the cotton capre would be larger than the cotton capre but they were more like panny stocking leggings because I don't mind if my daughter wears something under a dress or something but not the pants myself because you can see they dropped them but still for the price it's still worth it my daughter is under 3ft tall and under 50lbs and i bought her 6 and they were almost small
