Broke after a year and a half, warranty process turned into a swamp

My power supply broke, I needed to get the desktop working, so I went to Best Buy and got a replacement. Incidentally, the 700W replacement has a much cooler fan and is only $59.99. Most disappointing, however, is EVGA's attempt to deliver on its promise of a 7-year warranty. Your website is a mess, totally illogical and just plain broken. I have made an RMA request twice a week and each time I have received a response that they will be acknowledged immediately and further instructions will be sent. Nothing has happened so far, what a waste of time.

Pros
