I bought this replacement cartridge to fill my 2 reed diffusers. The extra sheets weren't needed but I kept them because you never know when they might break. The bottle filled a large diffuser in my bedroom and a small one on my desk. I just turn the sticks over every few days and the scent renews itself. It's a light, fresh scent that won't overwhelm you. I will definitely buy these again but wish they were available without the extra reeds because I don't need them if I order a refill. However, deducting a star is not enough.
