I have decided to change the color temperature of the ceiling lights that I have. It was nice that they let me choose between 4000K and 5000K as I wasn't sure which one I wanted. The 6500K setting seems more suited to retail or industrial setups, but it's really nice to have the choice. In general, they are very beneficial. A few things to improve: 1. They're a little smaller in diameter than most ceiling lights, like they're smaller than mine. Not a huge complaint just something to be aware of if the plaster around your existing lenses isn't perfect as there's a little more to look at. 2. They do not form a cushion between the light source and the base, resulting in a potential gap. Other flashlights I've bought come with these pads to deaden noise and block cracks for bugs/spiders to crawl into (don't want cobwebs in your flashlights). I ended up removing them from my existing lamps. Again, not a big complaint. Overall, for the price and the ability to choose from 5 different CCT settings, this is a good buy.
