This is a great product and I will buy again for its versatility alone

I built a wall box that required an extension cord to work with all electrical plugs. I wanted to install it on the back to hide all the wires. This extension allowed me to connect from the side, halving the distance to the wall and allowing me to approach the extension from any direction as I installed it in the middle of the back wall which kept the wires from bunching up. This is a great product and I would buy it again for its versatility alone.
