I love this product! I've talked about getting one from Dyson but they are $149.99. I researched everything I could find and this one had the best reviews and I was amazed at the bad reviews it got. I had an inkling as to why he had a bad reputation, and I was right. This product does exactly what it says on the tin, but here's the thing. When reversing, it won't pick up dirt on hard surfaces. But here's the thing: There isn't a single product on the market that picks up dirt on hard floor surfaces in reverse. It is almost impossible. But at least this one doesn't scatter dirt when you pull it back, you just have to go forward again to pick up what you missed. I have 1,600 square feet of luxury vinyl tile and let me tell you that keeping track of it is a daily task, but that time has been cut in half with this product. Again, I love this product, just don't expect miracles. I would recommend this product to anyone who has hard floors.
