Review on NOCO GEN5X2 Fully Automatic Temperature Compensation by Drake Burroughs

I have replaced my old Battery Brew model (pictured) with a NOCO Gen5x2. Installation was easy. Since the old one plugged directly in and the NOCO has a 3-pin plug (and I didn't want to void the warranty), I temporarily changed the AC line from the switch box to a 3-pin socket. outlet and plugged in. My starter battery was completely empty while the house battery was fully charged by the solar charger. After 24 hours the starter battery was charged and the boat could start. The only thing I wish from NOCO is to provide this device for direct connection. Now I need to find a suitable shipping container to put in the engine room.
