Great customer service from our account manager, Alex! He is very responsive to questions or issues that arise throughout implementation of their platform into ours.

I have not found any dislikes in regards to this software as it has been seamless so far with no technical glitches at all during integration stage (we went live last week). We are implementing an analytics tool inside third shelf which will help us better understand what users like/dislike about how we market through them. This data can be used by marketing team internally but also made available publicly via API's when they need more detailed information than just aggregate numbers only.
