Exhaust sealant required

This item is perfect for my 2003 Z66 Avalanche 2wd. I've seen several complaints here where people said the Y-tube connector isn't long enough where it separates due to incorrect installation. When installing you will need to attach the passenger side first and tighten the mounting nuts just a few turns to hold them in place and then do the same on the driver side once both are secured and not falling in your face as you would like. for connecting the two parts with an exhaust sealant (not included) and the included clamp. After attaching and tightening these, allow them to dry for 3-5 minutes, then fully tighten the bolts on the exhaust manifold. What this does is it pulls a little on the motor on the rubber motor mounts, but if you screw them all the way in first and then try to put them together you have a gap. My insulation worked perfectly, there were no exhaust leaks.
