Loosen the screws and re-tighten the manifold

Fits better than expected. Then start with the manifolds and work your way up to the rear puff. The ONLY complaint is that the O2 sensor is a bit tight on the downstream passenger side.

Pros

Cons
  • Good but not great

Pretty good replacement

Great product for the price but fair warning from the passenger side, the flange is not beveled like the factory one, but if you enlarge the bore and use the o-ring included in the kit it will work. .. just be patient and maybe smoke one early and everything will work out in the end

Don't think you can go wrong with this set

Great value for money. You will either need to buy new studs or reuse the old ones for the exhaust manifold flanges. I didn't use clamps but welded everything on so I didn't have to worry about leaks or problems later. Would buy again

costs and equipment. in catalytic converters and aftermarket parts

Factory finally failed at 157,000 miles. I looked at the replacement. A new factory unit costs about $1,000! Reviewed Revane. Compared several units of the secondary market. Chosen based on availability and price. Also made entirely of stainless steel. I have absolutely no regrets. Fit well. The cats are fine. The check went straight away. The truck drives great. I would have to change this 4 times to match the price of the original factory unit. By then the truck is dead! Highly recommended!

Might be early-- But customer service was excellent

The unit was easy to install in my driveway using hand tools. My disappointment came 9 months later when I started getting p0420 codes. This suggests that the Bank 1 side is already failing. I hope the seller will evaluate their product and replace it for me. I expect it to last longer than 9 months. If anyone has a way to contact this seller I would appreciate it. The device really failed but the seller is supportive of their product, great at communicating and was happy to make sure they did…

Exhaust sealant required

This item is perfect for my 2003 Z66 Avalanche 2wd. I've seen several complaints here where people said the Y-tube connector isn't long enough where it separates due to incorrect installation. When installing you will need to attach the passenger side first and tighten the mounting nuts just a few turns to hold them in place and then do the same on the driver side once both are secured and not falling in your face as you would like. for connecting the two parts with an exhaust sealant (not…
