For some reason it comes in FAT32 format. Formatted in NTFS. Both connections work very well and offer fast data transfers. But tying the lace was difficult. There should be a threading tool or a lighter tip. The build doesn't feel as solid as many USB devices I've owned, but it's good enough for office use.
