Review on πŸ‘ž Top-Quality Men's Road Bike Cycling Shoes: Peloton Shoe for Men with SPD and Delta Cleats Compatibility by Flex Graham

Revainrating 5 out of 5

3 goes. And very happy with them

Bike: Schwinn IC4 with standard cleats and pedals (home bike) I have never used clip on pedals but I have an IC4 and standard pedals have the ability to use or cages. I kept reading about how clip-ons can help, so I decided to give them a try, but didn't want to spend a lot of money experimenting. I found these shoes through TailHappyTV on YouTube - the site where I used to find bikes - and the price was right. Received the shoes in the mail - as some have mentioned just shoes in a bag - no box but they were in perfect condition. I was very impressed when I took them out of my bag. In the photos they look like plastic (similar to rented tuxedos) but when I pulled them out they were made of soft, nice-looking material. I watched about 5 different videos explaining how to "set up your boots" before putting them on. The IC4 uses 2 bolt spikes so there is no problem moving the inner mount which some have written about. It pulled straight down. Put your shoes on and they are really comfortable. Pleasantly soft insole and almost glove-like wearing comfort of the shoe. I've only done three rides so far, but no hotspots at all. I can't imagine how you can walk in these things with big spikes sticking out - I put them about 4 paces away from the bike but it was fine on the bike. The only thing I love about these shoes is the lacing mechanism. It works well but feels cheap (like it could break at any moment). They work well though, so if they hold up (and I'll let you know if they don't) I'm really happy with these shoes - much more than I thought they would. I'm definitely glad I bought it. Note: I wear 8.5 sneakers but 9.5 sneakers. Size 8.5 (of this shoe) fits perfectly.
