Pros: This is a fantastic softbox. Contains two levels of diffusion and also features a Velcro mesh for greater light control. This is a standard Bowens quick connector. This is a large box that fits perfectly in a portable flat carry case. Now for the bad. The material used is very durable and I expect it to last a long time with proper care. The Bad: Installing the first time was a PAIN! Imagine pitching a tent in the rain while mosquitoes swarm. Maybe not that bad, but it took us some time to get together. Together they are SUPER STRONG. It is very difficult to take off again, once disassembled it fits perfectly in the carry case again. After installing and removing it several times, it becomes easier. Make sure you know how to do it before using it and look like you don't know what you're doing. Ugliness: There is nothing ugly about this softbox. Once you get used to the attitude, even bad isn't that bad. I didn't give this a 5 start because I think there should be an easier or simpler way to set it up.
