The best part of this software was its ability to track every single document in our organization with ease! We used it for all types documents including drawings or schematics as well as technical documentation (policies/instructions). It also helped us organize those docs into folders that were easy enough to find when needed instead of having them scattered around everywhere like before we started using pulse plm suite. I didn't really have any dislikes about this program other than maybe some minor glitches here n there but nothing too majorly bad either. If you're looking at purchasing something similar make sure your budget will cover everything else related to business needs such as time spent training new users etc because once they get comfortable things can go very smoothly from then on out which makes life easier overall. Tracking work orders so easily now without needing multiple different programs just one would do!!
