Working from home in my new role increased my stress levels which in turn resulted in me sleeping less than I wanted (often less than 6 hours and with some jaw pain from teeth grinding). I was intrigued by COVE as I felt that if I could help lower my stress levels I would sleep better, feel more rested and ultimately be more productive at work. I use it every day before bed, usually while reading or watching TV, and will occasionally use it during the day before a stressful event (like a client meeting). It took me a few weeks to notice an improvement, but I've noticed an improvement in sleep (now typically more than 7 hours a night) and I feel better throughout the day and more ready to play my part at work to fulfill. The app is pretty basic, I'd love to see it built into my Whoop to track my sleep and activity, and it would be cool if there was some sort of gamification (like a fitness group). Overall I'm so glad I got it as it really helped me with my sleeping issues.
