I bought size 9-10 for my 9 year old and it was too short and too big! My daughter is skinny and I knew she would be a little loose, but these leggings were too baggy in the middle. Leg c was ok but ended too short. It seemed like it was made for someone with shorter legs and heavier weight. On the plus side, the inside is soft and warm.
